Bala Moves Yoga Mat, Exercise Mat for Home Workout, Mist

The Bala Moves Yoga Mat, Exercise Mat for Home Workout, Mist is designed for comfort and convenience, whether you're rolling it out at home or bringing it to a class to hit your flow. At 5mm thick, it offers cushion for kneeling poses and floor work. And gives you plenty of room to move through a sun salutation or a floor-based strength circuit without stepping off the edge. Made of 100% PVC, the surface of this non-slip yoga mat holds its grip through a sweaty flow, so hands and feet stay put during downward dog, plank, or a Pilates-style core session. The 3.5lb weight keeps it light enough to carry to a studio or a park, and the compact roll fits into a closet or under a bed between sessions. Wipe it down after use and it's ready for the next workout, whether a slow stretch or a sweat-heavy strength session.
